Lemon Muffins

Tai loves lemon muffins, lemon cake, lemon cookies. As a treat, I made him these lemon muffins. I used a mix of meyer lemons and lemon juice from a bottle. They came out so moist and delicious. I would make these again.

    I've never heard of lemon muffins!!! They sound delicious! I love lemon bars and cookies - so I'll definitely give these a try.
