Another large stack for me.
I've been wanting to read this one since I heard it was coming out.
I spotted a good looking Teriyaki dish in here.
Obviously I'm trying to learn more Japanese recipes.
I got lost on my way to the cookbooks and spotted this on the shelf. The upcoming elections were on my mind and I thought this might be an interesting read.
I spotted this one on the shelf too. I remember hearing about it when it came out.
I'm joining Sara Jayne's library challenge. The cover caught my eye. Although I just found out it's the third in the series. We'll see how I do.
Leafing through this one I think it will be more of a travel guide, a list of places to go than providing recipes.
I've been wanting to read this one for a while.
Looking for more quick meal ideas.
Looked interesting so I thought I'd give a try.
So what did you get this week?
The Wanderers does have a beautiful cover! Hope it's a good read :)
ReplyDeleteLarge stacks are always the best!
ReplyDeleteLots of lovely cookbooks again! And The Wanderers looks a good one. Enjoy your loot!
ReplyDeleteYou're going to tackle a third book in a series when you haven't read the first two? Brave!
ReplyDeleteGaming the Vote looks like an interesting read to me. Enjoy all of the cookbooks, good luck with the Japanese recipes!
ReplyDeletePlenty sounds like a great book to read. I wonder whether Gaming the Vote also offers good alternatives to the (un)fair voting problem in the US.
ReplyDeleteI see that you're preparing for quite a few Weekend Cooking posts? ;)
I got hungry just reading this post!! Enjoy your loot!
