Weekend Cooking: Smothered Chicken

I'm so excited about today's recipe. I pinned it a couple of months ago and been trying to make it ever since. It was on the menu a couple of times but never worked out. Finally I was able to make it. The stars alined and I present the best chicken recipe ever: Smothered Chicken.
I pinned the recipe from a blog called Bacon, Butter, Cheese, and Garlic. Great name for a blog, huh? And this recipe only has 3 of those things.
It might sound complicated with sautéing the mushrooms and making the creamed spinach but it doesn't take too long. This was definitely a favorite. I will be making this again soon.

  5. Really? You got it right this time? Great job! Does it taste like a night in the sea? Just kidding? I just read that from a book actually. But I bet from the looks of it, it tastes heavenly! Anyway, hope you can post the recipe next time. I would love to try it!
