Weekend Cooking: Zero Carb Boneless Buffalo Bites

I love Buffalo wings. My favorite place to get them was Hooters (seriously). But the closest Hooters closed a few years back. A Wing Stop opened near our house. While Tai and I can enjoy them, my dad can't. So when I spotted this zero carb buffalo bites recipe on Pinterest, I was intrigued.
I also love pork rinds. I actually like the taste of pork rinds so I snacked on some while making this delicious dish.
The recipe was simple. I would not suggest frying chicken though on a hot day. Maybe save this recipe for a cooler day. I used Moore's Buffalo sauce which was gluten free as well as zero carb.  The optional  blue cheese dressing was zero carb as well.
I will be making these again.

  5. We use a dry rub and grill them. Less fatty and keeps the kitchen cool. Bring on the heat!!

  6. One year my husband's family went on vacation and my teenage sons took their proper grandmother out to lunch- to Hooters! It has become a family tradition now.

  7. I'll have to try this recipe for my husband! I'm not such a Buffalo wings fan and I'm not great at frying things. Maybe I'll try Beth F's grilling idea.

  8. I've never made wings at home, but I do love to snack on them, and a carb-free recipe sounds like a great idea now that I've joined Weight Watchers. I'm checking out the recipe. Thanks for sharing!
