Library Loot

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Eva and Marg that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!
Another Tai heavy library loot this week. Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? is for Tai. He's never read this book. Firefly Lane was recommended to me by a friend. She's hoping we'll read it for book club. I'll try it. Bored of the Rings was recommended to us by Sabrina. Tai's already started it. He's enjoying and definitely laughing. Northlander is a new to me series from Brian Wood who wrote DMZ which is the next book I brought home.
What did you get this week?

  3. Hi Linda! thanks for the info on that cute little pig truck. Elizabeth and I just swept thru the Pike Place Market but next visit to Seattle for sure I will try Beechers Cheese AND something from the M/M ....we were also a bit sad this year the Yankees did not stay at the Fairmont. Every year I meet at least one of them. I heard they stayed at the Grand Hyatt this time and we did not bother to wander over there other than to have breakfast there one morning. The closest I got to any Yankee this weekend was A-Rod and Kate Hudson eating dinner the same night as we did at the Metropolitan.

  4. I've had Kirstin Hannah recommended to me in the past as well. Will be interested to hear what you think of her.

Thanks for participating in Library Loot.

  5. I've had the Philip K. Dick book on my shelf for years, but have never gotten to it. I'll be interested to hear what Tai thinks.
