What luck! I've never used Calphalon but have heard good things about it. How about pad thai? I make a simple version of it (here's Mark Bittman's recipe) minus the tamarind paste, and it's quick and easy!

We have a Calphalon chef's pan we use as a wok - it's awesome. Love it more than the actual wok we got for our wedding. How about the Drunken Stir-fried beef with green beans?? It's my favorite to fix in the wok!
