Library Loot

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire from The Captive Reader and Marg from The Adventures of an Intrepid Reader that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

I'm really looking forward to this one. It's mostly stories set in the Wicked Lovely world.
I love microhistories about food and drinks.
While searching for a good book about the history of coffee, I stumbled on this book. Sounds fascinating too.

What did you get this week?

  2. Fantastic loot, Linda!
The Melissa Marr book has been catching my attention lately, too. Have you read her entire Wicked Lovely series already?

The coffee and tea books look awesome! I love those kinds of books, too. Enjoy! :)

  3. I took out For All the Tea in China shortly after it was released but didn't get very far with it. There are some major factual errors pretty early on that put me off. Still, Robert Fortune, who the book is centred on, is a fascinating man and it did push me to read more about him!
