Library Loot

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire from The Captive Reader and Marg from The Adventures of an Intrepid Reader that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

Remember last week how I said I wasn't going to request more books? Yeah that didn't really happen. I requested a couple and picked up one off the shelves.

I had to reloot this one from a few weeks ago.
When I spotted this on the library shelf, I had to pick it up.
After finishing Waking The Witch, I had to continue Savannah's story.

What did you get this week?

  1. I'm exactly the same. I tell myself no more requesting until my library stack is down to a decent number, but... That never happens.

I hope you have better luck with Perkins's book than me! Lola was too frustrating and unrelatable for my tastes, but I'm still waiting on the third companion novel.

  2. I'm afraid we library looters have no restraint! I have the same problem. Hope you enjoy your loot!

  3. I wonder if there is a 12 step program for chronic book requesting? ;) Ah well, at least you'll never run out of things to read!

    Enjoy your loot!

  5. I so need to continue with that Kelley Armstrong series - I think I've only read the first 4, which I loved, so I need to get cracking since she released the final book this year. Hope you enjoy all your books :-)

  6. Aww, Lola! I love that book! I hope you enjoy it!

My problem is that I own a crazy amount of books, BUT still request new ones at the library. I like them when they're shiny and new and just released. :)

    Enjoy your reading!
