Memphis Style Rib Rub

I got a very good deal on pork ribs at the store. I love BBQ ribs and so does Tai. But I wanted to make a really good rub. I wasn't going to put them in the crockpot. I wanted to put them in the oven.
I searched the internet for a rub and found the Memphis Style Rib Rub. I doubled the recipe since I was making 2 racks of ribs. We both really liked the ribs. Tai did use BBQ sauce with his since he like his ribs saucy. I prefer my ribs dryer especially since these are suppose to be Memphis style.

  2. With hoisin I generally just brown up some meat and then dump a good chunk into the pot, add some fish sauce and soy sauce then water to finish off the sauce.

    Probably isn't the right way to do it but it works for me he he he.
