Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies

The other day Tai asked me for peanut butter cookies. I didn't have a package of peanut butter cookie mix or a recipe handy. I was going to wing it but I found my recipe card with the fantastic Crisco chocolate chip cookies. And on that card was a recipe for peanut butter cookies. Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies in fact.


I think I'll add a little more Crisco next time (no need to be stingy) since these were a little crumbly. But yummy nonetheless.

    I haven't had peanut butter cookies in years. They used to have them all the time in school but I'm sure as peanut allergies are the affliction of the year lately that'll never happen again.

    You would think as much as I love PB that I would love PB cookies but alas that is not the case. However, my hubby would gobble these right up!!

    I've never made peanut butter cookies! Will have to try. Love the idea to add chocolate chips.
