Chicken Fried Rice

I've been craving chicken fried rice. I had some leftover rice and I made extra chicken the other day. I used this recipe to start but kind of played with it.



I tossed in some frozen peas and carrots, chicken, and green onion. Very satisfying and quick meal.

  4. I forgot to tell you that I did try this last week and it was super yummy!! I had to make it all "new" - I didn't have day-old rice or cooked chicken, but it was still easy and pretty quick.
    Chris really liked it - he even at the leftovers the next day, which almost never happens (he hates leftovers for some reason).
