Homemade Chicken Strips

I was craving chicken tenders but for some reason I decided to make my own rather than buy some.
So yummy. And crunchy which was because of this:
I dripped the chicken in beaten egg then rolled in the Corn Flake Crumbs. So good. I made a honey mustard sauce but Tai ate them plain. Oh and so easy. From start to finish these took about 30 minutes. I've got another go to recipe!


  1. I love making my own chicken tenders. I've never seen those corn flake crumbs! Will definitely look for them at the store next time! Yum!

  2. This reminds me of the cornflake chicken I make! I think I might make some this weekend now that your reminded me of it. These look really good!

  4. And here I was buying regular flakes, putting them in a bowl, and crushing them myself!! ;-)
