Ree's Baked Acorn Squash

If you don't read The Pioneer Woman Cooks, head over there and check it out. I love Ree and she has some damn good looking food.
I bought acorn squash before I left for Vancouver so I had to make them when I got home. I followed Ree's instructions pretty closely.
Very yummy. I did have to cook mine a little longer than Ree did-about 20 minutes longer. A nice breakfast treat!

  1. I've recently become obsessed with Pioneer Woman. That Compassion project her husband and children are doing? Amazing! And her amazing photography combined with her cooking makes such a big difference. I can't wait to try that chocolate pie she makes.
