Yummy Pumpkin Bread

Whole Foods was having a good sale on organic pumpkin puree, so I bought a couple of cans. It's too early to make pumpkin pie. I'll be sick of it if I make some now, so I decided to make pumpkin bread. Just cause I didn't want pie didn't mean I didn't want some yummy pumpkin. Using this recipe, I made this yummy bread.I left out the nuts since I didn't have any and I used pumpkin pie spice instead of all those different spices. It came out moist and just pumpkin-y enough.
