My Fandoms: Harry Potter

While getting ready for Emerald City Comic Con, I started thinking of all the fandoms I'm apart of. so I'm going to do this series about each fandom I belong to. These are in no particular order.

Harry Potter
I've read all the book, seen the movies, dressed up as HP characters for Halloween and various other events. I have tons of Harry Potter stuff.

I enjoy the characters, the story. I like the character development. The story is very rereadable. The movies are a lots of fun and a pretty good.

February Goals Update

  • Hike part of the Pacific Crest Trail. I think I've decided on where and when.
  • Learn to knit and crochet. No progress here.
  • Learn to use the sewing machine I bought. No progress here either.
  • Get rid of 1000 items out of our house. I took 4 boxes of stuff to the thrift store this month.
  • Watch 12 pre-2017 movies. I watched New York, I Love You. It's several short stories made into one long movie. Each segment has it's own director and cast. Some of the casts overlap. Lots of famous actors. It was interesting.
  • Get 90,000 steps at least one week a month. The first week of February I did 81,390 steps. That was close. I was still sick off and on so there were several days of sleeping.
  • Finish cleaning out the garage and move my car inside. I moved a bunch of stuff around but still too much to bring in the camping gear. I'm leaning toward not moving my car inside so we can get a freezer.
