Just In Time For The Wrong Jewish Holiday
What else was I going to do with 5lbs of potatoes and 5lbs of apples but make potato pancakes and applesauce. I know it's more appropriate for Hanukkah than upcoming Passover but I love me some potato pancakes.

We recently got a mix for some matzo ball soup. We actually had to get it as I'd never seen any jewish delicacies in the local grocery stores before.
ReplyDeleteIt was pretty good, well the balls were the soup part was meh. So I got a bunch of matzo cracker and we're gonna try making our own sometime.
