What To Eat This Week

We mostly followed our meal plan last week. It should be in the 70's this week so not too hot to cook. I went to Costco over the weekend and stocked up on shrimp and their rotisserie chicken. Yum.

Breakfasts: Cereal for Tai and the same yogurt, fruit and granola for me.

Lunches: Leftovers and roasted chicken.

Dinners:

Monday: Baked salmon with mashed cauliflower

Tuesday: Takeout

Wednesday: Juicy Lucys with bacon and sweet potato fries

Thursday: Takeout

Friday: Paleo Bang Bang Shrimp with kale salad

Saturday: Giant Stuffed Mushrooms with roasted brussel sprouts

Sunday: Grilled chicken with quinoa and roasted veggie salad
