I'm generally not a huge non-fiction fan but this one caught my eye.
I am a huge fan of eggs. It's the one thing I could eat daily and not tire of. Looking forward to more egg recipes.

The Perfect Egg looks interesting! I've been on a pretty restrictive diet that doesn't include eggs, sadly, because I love them too! I'll be looking into re-introducing eggs soon, though. Might have to check my library for that one.
