A Wok Winner!

I won this beautiful wok from Sharon at The Culinary Adventures of A New Wife:
I can't wait to use it. Any suggestions for my first recipe in my new wok?


  1. What luck! I've never used Calphalon but have heard good things about it. How about pad thai? I make a simple version of it (here's Mark Bittman's recipe) minus the tamarind paste, and it's quick and easy!

  3. We have a Calphalon chef's pan we use as a wok - it's awesome. Love it more than the actual wok we got for our wedding.

    How about the Drunken Stir-fried beef with green beans?? It's my favorite to fix in the wok!
