Pin It and Do It: Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops

I pinned the recipe for Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops over a year ago. We don't eat a ton of pork so I never got around to making them. But I was at the grocery store buying bacon when I noticed the pork chops were on special. So I of course picked some up. I was trying to think how to make them when I remembered seeing this recipe. And since I just picked up a new crock pot (my old one died), dinner was born.
The original pin:

Mine:
I did sear the pork chops before I put them in the crockpot. You don't have to. I just had a hot pan with bacon grease so I decided to give it a shot. Also I served mine over fauxtatoes (mashed cauliflower). Delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. I will make this again.

Weekend Cooking: Honey Butter Pork

I'm always trying to pin more pork recipes. We love beef and tend to eat a lot of it. When I spotted this pork dish, I pinned it. It was quick easy and delicious.
Here's the original pin:

Here's mine:
I didn't have pork tenderloin so I used pork shoulder blade steaks. It was a really quick meal. I would make it again.

Weekend Cooking: More Make It Fast, Cook It Slow by Stephanie O'Dea

I'm so glad I picked up More Make It Fast, Cook It Slow. I've been cooking more crockpot meals. Makes life so much easier. I love O'Dea's recipes.
I've made three recipes from it so far, but I only took pictures of this one meal: Greek Ribs and Roasted Broccolette with Garlic.
So yummy. The meat was tender and flavorful. Broccolette was in our Full Circle box that day. I had to look up a recipe for the broccolette. It was delicious.
I also made the Dry Rub Ribs (closest recipe I could find, add a tsp of cinnamon) and Crockpot Creamy Red Potatoes. Delicious. I made the potatoes ahead of time then heated up them up when it was time to eat. Both were delicious again.
