Lemon chicken sounded yummy. I didn't feel like making it from scratch so I tried this packet. Good flavor, but you need 2 packets for it to be saucy.
Over rice with peppers, mushrooms, and baby corn, it was yummy.I'm in the mood for stir frys so I think you'll be seeing more of them.
Mmm I love baby corn and bamboo shoots. Maybe I should go looking for some at the grocery store.
